Mister Café — Restaurant in Valencia

The place has good prices and a nice terrace but especially one man with tattoos in the staff is very ignorant. He is more interested in smoking than helping customers. We came as new customers and he didnt care about us until he had finished the cigarette. You also have to clean the table yourself sometimes if you want space. They also buy the bread and etc at supermercado DIA that is neighbour. There is a young man that started recently, he is really good at his job. The owner is a woman and not allways there. At closing time the young man was cleaning the street outside the local. The owner started yelling at him and took the brush out of his hands to show how to clean. This in front of customers and people passing by. She was really not nice and he is doing a good job. In my opinion she should not...

The most impolite staff I have ever seen in my entire life. Still shocked by such incredible negative treatment of people. And bitching about me in Spanish, believing I would not understand. After I informed him that I do understand what he said - he complained in Spanish that I said HI instead of HOLA - clearly representing that they are not interested in foreign people, I left the place announcing that I was no longer interested in any of their products. The waitress was so dissatisfied and frustrated about her incapablility of speaking English and her dull job, that she made no effort at all to even greet us, in fact we were ignored for 5 minutes and looked at with arrogance.

You see... I'm shocked and have never been treated that way. Very sad reps...

No me e levantado y me e ido porque hace mucho calor para ir bambando hay , e pedido un café del tiempo y un agua , la camarera a tardado 15 minutos en salir y decirme de malas maneras " hay dentro lo tienes " . Al estar fumando en la terraza no e entrado y a sido la camarera que empezaba el turno la que a sacado el café y el agua . Eso sí solo con una vaso con hielo es decir se supone que tengo que beberme el agua como si fuera un botijo o así , no se . Es decir que la camarera que a acabado el turno ahora o no se entera o no le gusta su trabajo ya me lo hizo otra vez y si e vuelto es porque me pilla de camino y porque las otras tres camareras funcionan bien . Pero no creo que vuelva porque si entro a una cafetería a tomarme algo no es para aguantar las frustraciones de ningun@ camarera , es para estar tranquilo un rato y es muy desagradable que te vengan...
