Telepizza Valencia, Alguer - Comida a Domicilio — Restaurant in Valencia

We saw the barbacoa pizza advertised in several places for Telepizza while we were in Spain so we really wanted to try it. On our walk back to our room we saw a Telepizza and stopped. First issue, the lady at the counter argued with me. I told her that we had twelve people staying at our AirBnB so I was gonna order a lot of pizza - every time I ordered she argued that we didn’t need that much, that I was ordered too big. And then she didn’t listen or didn’t care and gave me the smaller size for each pizza I ordered. I was so angry but I took forty minutes to make so I wasn’t going to sit longer to get the correct size - note it was not enough for all of us (if it had been good enough to eat it all). We got several different kinds - to include a few cheese for the kids. One of them had like a sweat meat on it and was supposed to be a pepperoni like one - that was disgusting no one would eat it after trying it. The barbacoa tasted bland. The cheese was okay. Just not good pizza overall. And the fact that the lady argued with me about what size she thought we needed was just annoying - did not go back and will...

09.09.2021 Это ужасно! Просто ужасно! Заказала пиццу по телефону, пришла, а ее нет в заказах!!!! Заказала ещё раз, мало того, что ждала долго, больше 15 минут, так ещё духота не выносимая!!!!

Была 16 сентября, около 19.30, ждала заказ. Работница, которая готовит пиццу, открыла дверь своему коллеги, который пришел с улицы, который перевозил мото с одного места на другое. После того, как она закрыла дверь собралась готовить пиццу (грязными руками), но потом куда-то ушла и быстро вернулась. Надеюсь, она мыла руки. Ее же коллега, который пришел с улицы, прямиком пошёл в морозильную камеру и потом вытащил пиццу из печи ( грязными руками)!!!!! Что за антисанитария!!!!! Начальство, проинструктируйте персонал о правилах гигиены!

13.04 пошла в пиццу, а она закрыта, но в расписании указано, что пицца открыта до 00.00 и это обновлено компанией 4 недели назад!!!!! Что за контора!!!!! Ничего не умеют делать...

Ayer salí de urgencias a las 23, llevaba 6 horas con un parte de bronquitis. Llevaba prácticamente un día sin comer por el dolor de garganta. Al salir, lo primero que encontramos fue este telepizza el cual en google indica que cierra a las 00:00. Pese a ello, cuando entramos la dependienta nos dice que no nos podemos sentar a cenar una pizza de forma rápida solo para llevar. Llovía mucho, y a parte de necesitar comer algo por la medicación, necesitaba un resguardo de la lluvia para no empeorar mi bronquitis. Con prepotencia nos llegó a decir “no os estoy negando la atención”… cuando en realidad intrínsecamente lo estaba haciendo ya que sí sentó a un grupo de 7 chavales que entraron a la misma vez que nosotros. Una experiencia muy mala para la necesidas que teníamos y por desgracia tuve que mojarme para volver a casa por aguantar los 30min de lluvia que si hubiese cenado me...
