Livensa takes a 250 euro deposit fee and it will take up to 5 months after you’ve left the apartment to have it returned. It’s a big pain to get it back.

Some of the front desk staff was also very unhelpful and rude at times, not doing much to help recover items that were taken by accident by housekeeping.

There is always a lot of noise at night and students smoking weed and Livensa doesn’t know how to fix it.

I don’t recommend Livensa! 2 stars because it is close to the beach and metro. The housekeeping staff was very nice, but I did have sheets put on my bed with bloodstains multiple times.

There are also no screens on the windows so be prepared to be woken up by mosquitoes every night until you buy your own to put up.

They also keep on the heating for the majority of the year even when it’s hot outside refusing to turn back on the AC even though it is advertised.

Soy residente del curso 2019-2020 y no estoy nada satisfecha con la residencia. Es imposible estudiar en la biblioteca porque esta en el patio y constantemente pasa gente por al lado y se oye mucho ruido. Imposible dormir, se supone que a partir de las 22 de la noche no se puede hacer ruido y muchos de los estudiantes, sobre todo los extranjeros por la noche se ponen en los sofas que estan abajo a cantar, tocar la guitarra y hablan muy muy alto. En varias ocasiones hemos tenido que llamar a recepcion para que pusieran orden incluso llegando a llamar a la policia porque como os digo imposible dormir. Además la gente no respeta nada, suelen andar por los pasillos gritando y corriendo aún siendo las 3 de la mañana. Teneis que estar muy seguros de que podreis pagar el año academico entero porque firmais un contrato. En caso de que querais iros por algun motivo de que os cambias de ciudad por otra universidad, porque de repente os ha pasado algo y necesitais el dinero, o a alguno de vuestros padres les echan del trabajo etc. no podeis abandonar la residencia a no ser que encontreis a alguien que os sustituya. Recomendación, estar muy seguros o alquilarlo por trimestre. La residencia tiene publicidad engañosa. Fardan de tener una seguridad las 24 horas y ya ha habido varios robos de bicicletas dentro del recinto, de las que al parecer ellos no se hacen responsables porque solo se responsabilizan si roban algo dentro de las habitaciones, cosa que esta mal porque las bicicletas robadas estaban dentro del recinto en un lugar especifico para las bicicletas. Que no os engañen las buenas fotos de las instalaciones, si, esta todo nuevo y muy bonito y lo saben vender muy bien, pero aseguraros de venir a ver la residencia antes y de tener en cuenta todo lo que he mencionado...

I stayed 2 weeks for work. Very clean, the bed has a great mattress, functional kitchen, gym with enough equipment, nice yard. Safe location. Wifi works very well. Staff very helpful and friendly. The location is close to the sea, but also to different metro and bus stations, so you can get everywhere quickly.
