Excellent Stay – Highly Recommend!

Our experience at this apartment was fantastic! The communication from the hosts was excellent—I received detailed emails and messages about check-in times, transportation, and entry codes. Any questions I had were answered within a couple of hours, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

The location is amazing—just a 3-minute walk from the metro, with a large Lidl and Rossmann only 5 minutes away. The receptionist was incredibly helpful, informative, and kind, making us feel welcome from the start.

The room itself was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed, including a kettle, microwave, corkscrew, and cutlery. We felt safe the entire time, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

A great bonus was their locker system! Upon arrival, we were able to store our luggage until check-in, and on the day of departure, we did the same—saving us from carrying our bags around.

A genuinely horrible experience, the photos are completely false and inaccurate. It is in an unsafe location with no proper entrance, as a student and woman traveling I recommend no one stay here. No proper lobby, entrance way, or staff. Our room stunk of paint and there was wet paint on the walls, there is deadbolt or lock that can only be controlled from the inside meaning anyone has access to your room. I told the woman working the front desk and she raised her voice and said it wasn’t her fault I was not satisfied and insured me “safety is no issue and she only new the code” before I could even leave the premises she told her male coworker the code to enter our room. Unsafe, unsanitary, and unkind. Do not waste your time looking at this place. I still have been refused a refund after countless emails, calls, and...
