Went here for dinner tonight after reading all the positive reviews but wish we hadn’t unfortunately.

We started with what we thought reading the menu description was ‘nachos’ but the dish that arrived was deep fried cheese filled pastry with a bbq dip, nothing like the menu description?

The mains we both ordered burgers, we asked for them to be bien heche (well done) but when they arrived both were totally raw with just the outer area cooked. Hated doing it but had to ask for them to be cooked further.

When they came back, my Big Jack burger which went to the kitchen as a double burger came back as a single?! I’d asked for no tomato and the tomato from my husbands burger (now absent) had jumped onto my burger, both were STILL raw and the chips had now gone cold!

The waiter was lovely and he did knock off the price of my burger from the bill without being asked.

If you visit for fish & chips special on a Thursday do not expect battered Cod, no matter how many waiters inform you that is what you will be served. It is Dogfish / Huss / Rock Salmon /cazón / galludo / doornhaai / chien de mer / Dornhai. We came to this amazing food place on our first night of our holiday. Menu was big enough and the selection of burgers was excellent. Staff were extremely attentive and friendly and the food was delicious! I tried the lamb burger that was accompanied with homemade chips! The burger was great and the chips a real highlight.
