If I could go lower than 1 star, I would. This place is an actual scam; I would not recommend anyone with a brain to come here. At first, when seated our group came in for AYCE which is 14 Euros for the lunch menu, the waiter forced us to purchase a beverage stating that we could not get AYCE unless we did, this was an added cost that we did not want to pay but whatever we wanted to eat so we continued. During this time the waiter was super unprofessional I have never met someone who should not be in customer service more than her. We had asked her a simple question about why we had to purchase a beverage and she completely ignored us acting as if she was not our server. Our group had both English and Spanish speakers, she kept saying she didn't understand English so we translated in Spanish and she kept ignoring us. The next thing is the food here is pretty terrible, the tuna was probably the worst on the menu it tasted like it had been sitting out in the sun for a couple of days. Furthermore, my friend had ordered a chicken stir fry and when she bit into it the chicken was completely raw, not even pink it was clear. We had waved our server down to show her, with no apology for the raw food she took it and made another plate and forced us to eat it. Another one of my friends had already eaten the chicken put into her soup so she didn't know it was raw yet, when we found out it was raw she gave the server her soup as raw chicken was contaminating it, and the server had rolled her eyes, took the soup back and brought another one which we did not ask for. Overall, this is the worst restaurant I have ever been to I am not sure why there are such good reviews on this place if you are a local or a visitor go to DELISHI for AYCE, this place...

Actualització: En aquests dos anys que fa que vaig escriure la primera ressenya veig que ha canviat molt la qualitat del menjar. Em sap greu perquè era un restaurant que m'agradava, però estic decepcionada. La qualitat del producte és pràcticament nul•la, es podria dir que fins i tot li posen esforç 0. Ahir vam sopar malament, uns nigiri que creiem que estaven dolents (la gamba no feia bona olor i tot i així ens els van portar); un tataki de salmó completament fet (quan se sap que el tataki ha de quedar cruet pel centre); un ànec teriyaki sequíssim. A més, han apujat el preu. 44 euros per un menjar que no val ni 10. Molt malament. No hi tornaré.

Lloc acollidor, amb una oferta gastronòmica pròpia dels buffets japonesos. El menjar és bo, sobretot el tàrtar de salmó (nosaltres el vam demanar amb arròs, ja que quan ens el van portar només hi havia salmó amb alvocat i ens van dir que ja no el posaven amb arròs. Después de muchos años de visitas, nuestra experiencia en este restaurante ha llegado a su fin. Aunque la comida siempre nos ha gustado, el trato recibido por parte del dueño ha sido inaceptable, y ya no estamos dispuestos a seguir tolerándolo.

En nuestra última reserva, dejamos claro que éramos cuatro adultos y una niña de 8 años. Sin embargo, al llegar, el dueño nos hizo un comentario completamente innecesario y despectivo, diciendo que la próxima vez deberíamos decir que éramos cinco personas. No sabemos si pensaba que una niña de 8 años se puede acomodar en una trona, pero la actitud fue completamente inapropiada. La situación empeoró cuando, al pedir una silla extra para que la niña pudiera sentarse cómodamente, el dueño nos avergonzó delante de otros comensales, como si estuviéramos pidiendo algo fuera de lugar.

Después de tantos años tolerando su mal carácter, esta última experiencia ha sido el colmo. Ya no estamos dispuestos a regresar ni a recomendar un lugar donde el trato al cliente es tan desagradable. Lamentablemente,...
