Il Gelato — Restaurant in Vila-seca

Served my 3 year old niece a RAW beef burger - luckily I cut it in half otherwise she would have been extremely ill - sent it back they re-fried the same burger for it to still come back RAW when I cut it into quarters. Very dangerous. The restaurant are trying to claim this burger was requested “rare”. Firstly please tell me why I would request a burger to be done rare & then send it back TWICE because it wasn’t cooked - make it make sense. Secondly why am I going to request for my 3 year old niece to be served a RAW burger for her to then be poorly for days after.. again make it make sense. Do not recommend this place at all!! I just wish I’d have taken photos they may as well have not even attempted to cook it at all the state it was...

We often come here for ice-cream but this time decided to try a dessert that was on display in the case. It was a biscoff cheesecake and was absolutely awful. It was rubbery and the outside was dry, I wonder if it had been sliced and then left there for days. The cheesecake itself was plain with just biscoff toppings so was extremely expensive for what you get, honestly I only ended up having a few bites then it went in the bin. Should have known it wasn’t going to be a great meal. Poured half my coke into my glass before I realised the top of the glass was chipped. Asked for another glass to tip it into, my coke was whisked away and a new glass with ice and no coke brought back. Ordered a medium ribeye, what came was blue/rare. Beef entrecot was over cooked.
