Stopped here en route to visit El Teide, the highest mountain in Spain. Located perhaps 70% up the only access road from South Tenerife (Los Americas area) to the Caldera below this must see scenic mountain. At this elevation temperatures already plummeted to 12C. This café is the last stop for civilisation, nessled at the roadside on a bad bend of a twisty road. Everyone can feel different about them but my no 1 is the ice cream coffee (iced caffe frappe), no 2 is the barraquito and 3rd place will be leche leche cortado.
