Unfortunately, our experience at this eatery was not good. Although there were hardly any customers, we had to wait an hour for our food. When the dishes finally started to arrive, they were brought out every 10 minutes. The food was prepared decently, but not as well as described in other reviews: the stew was lukewarm, the meat was very rare, and what was listed on the menu as Canarian potatoes turned out to be just regular potatoes with the skin on with no sauce as should. Additionally, instead of the blood sausage we ordered, we were given regular grilled sausages, and instead of ribs – some kind of meat with french fries. We live in el roque San Miguel, we decided to have a day in villaflor for a change now that the weather has cooled down after a very hot summer, we were looking for some lunch and dropped on this place, It is absolutely fantastic, the owner could not have been more welcoming and friendly, we ordered the bichillo (pork fillet) for my wife nic, and I had fish, dorada on the grill, both meals arrived and we were blown away, the portions are very generous and cooked to perfection, the pork was juicy and melted as soon as the knife touched it, and my fish was quite simply the best I have ever had, crispy delicate skin and the flesh was moist and full of flavour, I would highly recommend this place for food it's simply outstanding. Authentic local restaurant with great service and good big portions.

We were stopping in this small town and found this place while driving back to Los Americas from El Teide.

We had chicken meal and entrecote meal. Entrecote was nicely prepared as medium. For dessert we took barraquito and triple chokolade mousse which were also great.

All food were great and barraquito was a kind of pearl in top of the dinner.

Customer service was exceptionally good and friendly. One minus are the bathrooms, which weren’t the cleaniest.
