El Parral bar&grill — Restaurant in Vitoria-Gasteiz

We found this place kind of by accident, and I was really surprised by how kind and welcoming the lady was who greeted us and showed us to our table.

They don’t have a fixed menu – it’s more like a daily menu, and you get to choose from three options for each course. Everything we tried was super tasty. I had fresh juice, a red pepper salad, a veggie cream soup, and a creamy artichoke dish – all really delicious.

It’s not one of those fancy restaurants with stylish plates or decor, but the food was honestly full of flavor and made with care. I really enjoyed everything.

I’m vegetarian, and it’s usually a bit hard to find good local food that works for me, but this place was such a nice surprise. I even had anise and licorice tea – both great for health – and they were really good too.

Ayer fui por primera vez, y me gustó mucho. Disfrutamos del menú del día mi marido y yo. Hemos probado diferentes platos, y todos muy ricos. Por poner una pequeña pega, en la ensalada las pipas de girasol estaban un poco revenidas. Motivo por el cual le quito una estrella. Y la otra la quito porque no puedes hacer la reserva. Y aunque la cocina esté abierta hasta las 15:30, puedes llegar antes y aunque estes dispuesto a esperar no te cojan. Nosotros llegamos eran 15:15 y fuimos los últimos en pasar.

Casi salimos rodando. Mi marido dijo que no esperaba salir de un vegetariano 🌱 tan lleno.

Repetiremos sin duda alguna.
