I went to Yerba this past Friday and once again, the food was absolutely sensational — just like every time I’ve been. The vegan blue cheese in dates, the asparagus with romesco sauce, and the fennel-artichoke salad were all bursting with flavor and creativity. The combinations are truly out of this world. We also tried the Kofta this time — OMG. So flavorful and perfectly spiced, I’m definitely going back for it before I head back to Germany. And of course, the highlight once again: the homemade chili sweet potato ice cream. You need to try when you visit!!! A must are also the pomelo caipirinha, so good!

First - the location: perfect, right next to the beautiful port and boardwalk. Go for a lovely stroll before or after you eat. Second - the service. Immaculate! Everyone was so kind, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Their pride and passion for what they do and make is palpable. Third - the food. YUMMY! Every single dish we ordered was delicious, original, imaginative and even, dare I say, whimsical! We couldn't get enough of it. I can't wait to go back and try the dishes we didn't order. Fourth - the atmosphere. Possibly the coolest place in town. Great music, a great vibe, suitable for either lunch/dinner or drinks with your BFF. Or both!
In summation, YERBA's standards are incredibly high - and it comes across in every aspect of the dining experience. Even the prices are friendly and affordable.
