I made a reservation for Saturday night at El Túnel on a recent weekend in Xativa with my husband and we were so glad I did! We’d had a busy day exploring the town (including a strenuous trek through the castle on a hot day) so after cleaning up at our hotel, we enjoyed strolling through the town to the beautiful wooden door that was the entrance to this wonderful restaurant! The place has a great atmosphere and ambience, the terraza interior in the back looks beautiful too. I'd recommend this place 101% and would...
