Visit to "Gusto" in Lanzarote - A Culinary Highlight

During our vacation on Lanzarote, we discovered the charming Italian restaurant "Gusto," which instantly captivated us. Upon entering, we were struck by the modern, yet warmly familial atmosphere that immediately created a cozy feeling. The decor of "Gusto" is lovingly designed with an eye for detail, making one feel instantly at home.

The food at "Gusto" was consistently excellent. Every dish showcased the use of fresh, high-quality ingredients and presented Italian cuisine in a modern, creative manner. We were particularly impressed by the handmade pasta dishes, which impressed us with their depth of flavor and innovative preparation.

A key feature that makes "Gusto" stand out is its outstanding, attentive service. The staff was consistently friendly and careful, always ensuring that we lacked for nothing.

The presentation of the dishes at "Gusto" also deserves praise. Each dish was not only a taste highlight but also a visual work of art, lovingly arranged and detailed. This clearly showed the passion and commitment with which "Gusto" prepares its food.

A special highlight of "Gusto" are the exceptional desserts, especially the "Nutellamisu" - a creative twist on the classic tiramisu, enriched with the popular hazelnut chocolate cream. This dessert is not only proof of the kitchen's creativity but also an unforgettable end to any meal.

In conclusion, our visit to "Gusto" was one of the unforgettable highlights of our Lanzarote vacation. The combination of first-class food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere makes this restaurant a must-visit for anyone visiting the island. We look forward to our next visit, eager to be spoiled once again by the...

Easily one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. We turned up without a booking at 7pm for 9adults and a high chair. We were sat outside and the Atmosphere was lovely. Good breeze, nice temperature, the decorations were nice too. We ordered the fillet steak and peppercorn sauce and a beef arrabbiata from the specials board. We had a bottled water and a Peroni. Also ordered the fried mars bar. Bill came to approx €53 for our order. We also had a try of the garlic bread and the Nutella filled ravioli. Honestly, every bit of our meal was delicious. Garlic bread was like a wedge of focaccia but without the rosemary and bloody Gorgeous. Arriabbiata had just the right amount of chillies, was a MASSIVE portion and was a pleasure to eat. Steak was DEVINE and I was really impressed with the chips too. I don’t feel like other countries do chips like we do in England, but these were proper thick gastro pub vibe chips. Tasted triple cooked and had a crunchy salt on them. Fab. Fried mars bar was wrapped in a spring roll type pastry, so it made it feel slightly healthier than the Scottish Battered Mars Bar relative! It was also very tasty and everyone wanted a bit.

We were served by the Canadian lady and maybe the owner? Both were so friendly and inviting. We had a baby and an adult with learning difficulties and they were so accommodating. They took the time to speak to our brother and even made a pizza made to order - the restaurant doesn’t serve pizza and we hadn’t realised, but the owner made our brother a pizza off menu. We do appreciate...

This place is exquisite. The vibe is brilliant, it has fantastic food, and the prices are definitely reasonable for what you get, more on the food later. The decor is lovely to look at with multiple things to look out for within the restaurant. It has a very good layout with a wonderful outside area to boot. The staff are friendly and lovely to talk to, and they deliver your items in a timely manor. The food is very well presented, tastes brilliant, and it leaves you wanting more. I would highly recommend this place for anybody - whether you're with just one other person, or a group of four to five. Overall, brilliant restaurant, great food, lovely staff, and a cost atmosphere. Go and eat here!
