The Lounge Bar — Restaurant in Yaiza

We arrived in Lanzarote after repeated rebookings due to covid. We went for food and then went for drinks at the Lounge bar at Faro Park, reviews were great so were really looking forward to going for a few casual drinks, we arrived and to our disgrace two of our party forgot to put on their masks as entering the bar, it was absolutely the wrong thing to do and as soon as reminded put on their masks. Sadly the attitude from the manager was then quite unfriendly and very unnecessary. We fully appreciate the situation and the lengths he and all other businesses go to protecting themselves and their customers. Two of our party working in the travel industry would not expect anything less than what was asked but the way that it was executed was very unfriendly and unprofessional, even after apologies and presentation of vaccination evidence we felt very unwelcome. Popped by (family of 6) for some drinks / cocktails. The bar has a lovely relaxing vibe and we had a lovely welcome from the hosts. The cocktails are absolutely fantastic and introduced us to an amazing Columbian shot. Needless to say we sneaked in another visit before we went home and will be...
