The cons: no steamed rice provided with a sautéed beef dish. Perhaps it's available for purchase separately? And they have no sriracha sauce!!! Only some light colored chili seed oil with few seeds. The place looks straight out of 1986, a bit dinky and in need of a renovation (or at least a thorough spring cleaning).
The pros: the beef noodle soup is okay, and got better after several tablespoons of chili oil. The beef was very tender and flavorful. The beef and veggies sauté was delicious! Tender and savory. Just wish there was some sriracha or chili paste. The service was not over the top warm, but they took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and were very communicative with me and other tables. Once you're past the initial shock of the appearance there's good, caring people and great tasting food. Wide selection and variety on their menu. Prices very reasonable.

We went there three times a tried some dishes and we were NEVER disappointed. The soups: a huge verity to choose from. We tried three different, all of them were awesome and the portions were very big. Other dishes, like beef with vegetables, fried dumplings, "bowls", everything was absolutely delicious.
