No puedo evitar no poner esta reseña. Esta mañana era la tercera vez que iba al establecimiento. 2/3 acompañado por otra persona diferente (incluyendo esta, ya que le había recomendado el lugar). En las tres visitas, siempre había alguien con el ordenador. Una, recuerdo, que era uno de los responsables del establecimiento. He esperado mi turno amablemente para pedir. Mientras tanto, nos hemos ubicado en una mesa y hemos abierto dos ordenadores. Se ha empezado a llenar el local y el barista, a mi parecer, se ha visto desbordado, ya que estaba solo en turno. Cuando voy a pedir, antes de tomar mi comanda, me comenta que no podemos estar con el ordenador en la mesa, que tenía mucha gente y la iba a necesitar. Entiendo la cuestión, porque es un local pequeño, pero no me ha dado la oportunidad ni si quiera de pedir, casi invitándome a ir desde el primer momento. Ni sabía el tiempo que nos íbamos a quedar en el local, ni el gasto que íbamos a realizar el tiempo que estuviésemos. He preguntado si necesitaba que comprase más cosas para quedarme, porque realmente estábamos dispuestos, pero tampoco me ha dado la oportunidad. Simplemente ha sido por ver los ordenadores. Si tienes esa política de "no ordenadores" ¿Por qué no la tienes comunicada en algún sitio del establecimiento? o si no ¿Por qué no tienes una zona habilitada específicamente para ello restringiendo así la confusión en el cliente? Creo que no es equitativa, con las otras visitas que he hecho, la decisión que ha tomado el barista hoy. Básicamente porque la realidad es que tienen gente con ordenadores todo el día. Ha tomado la decisión en base a la gente que le estaba entrando por la puerta en lugar de lo que yo podría haber gastado el tiempo que hubiese estado en el local, que muy probablemente sería mayor al de alguna persona que solo iba a por café. Triste porque tenéis muy buen producto pero muy mal servicio. Por este camino vais a tener complicado...

We went there a lot of times as it's one of few places with a decent coffee and tasty cheesecake, but I am not sure that we will go that much from today.

I asked ice latte and the guy asked if I need a big one I said no and still he took 3.5 (normal one is 3, big is 3.6), when i asked why like this he said they always give a bigger one for take away (though I didn't ask it or was not informed), and he said: don't worry, we will change the menu no refund offered no sorry as well.

Also when there we as a line of 4 people, guy went to clean tables, quite slow, while everybody waiting and there were more places.

An incredible spot for several reasons, Berta, Mariana, and Carlos are all so pleasant and wonderful! They brighten the room with their smiles and energy. The coffee is perfect, many cafes overheat or burn their coffee, this place has the art and science perfected! They have oat milk and their cafe con leches are thick and delicious! The food is outstanding, whatever bakery they use or get their goods from are so fresh and delicious. The shop itself is wonderfully cozy perched at an intersection adjacent to the Plaza Justicia. If you find yourself in the old town, you must stop by for a morning or afternoon...
