This place has the name and fame due to the brand, but everything in their menu is poor in taste and it is a pity. If you go get or buy some chocolate, that's fine, but coffee is horrible watery and tasteless. Waffles are just frozen pieces placed in the microwave. Ice cream is completely tasteless and lame.

Two stars because, the staff is nice, smile at all times and the crepe I chose was, in fact, pretty good, just the vanilla ice cream, if you choose nothing tastes better.

I also ordered a milk shake and it is probably the worst one I have ever had. The chocolate cake was dry and tasteless. Guys!!! You make and sell chocolate!! Come on!!!

The cafeteria has simple (not cheap either) products, and there are a few simple steps they can do to make this coffee place a great one, even better than Starbucks, but either the franchise is not very supportive or the franchisee does not choose the proper primary ingredients to make this a great place.

Having a great brand and product does not mean you can make a great cafeteria, you must reinvent yourself and put some effort. Probably you are getting clients because of the location of the place, but...

This is chocolate heaven! It's the best place in Zaragoza to try the churros con chocolate. But apart from the famous, classic churros, there are crepes and waffles, cakes, several varieties of coffee, cold and warm chocolate to drink, natural juices and teas. If you are hungry, you can try their bocadillos and other snacks. Personal favourite the chocolate drink with orange. El local es muy amplio y tiene una enorme terraza fuera. Quizás, a modo de detalle, las mesas del interior están ligeramente próximas. Lo que no ofrece mucha intimidad.

La carta te deja sin palabras. Cada página que pasaba quería algo y acabas no sabiendo que pedir porque todo tiene una pinta deliciosa. Finalmente optamos por unos granizados de café con chocolate, mini gofres con helado y tortitas con fruta. El helado de los gofres, a pesar de ser vainilla, tenía un matiz que no nos ha acabado de convencer. Pero sin duda lo mejor han sido las tortitas. Jugosas, con fruta (y quiero decir fruta, porque la cantidad estaba muy bien), una capa de chocolate que parecía mousse de lo ligera y esponjosa que era y sirope de chocolate. Sencillamente increíbles!

La calidad/precio ha estado muy bien, teniendo en cuenta el reconocimiento que tiene y la localización, no me parece desorbitado.

Sin duda merece más visitas para poder degustar todo lo que te atrae de la carta!

P.D. En estos días del Pilar he acudido con un familiar. En esta ocasión tomamos el chocolate y churros que YA VIENEN incluidos en el precio del chocolate. Tomamos chocolate normal y de sin azúcar, al que te dan la opción de adaptarlo como otros de la carta (en mi caso, nata SIN azúcar también).
