they should honestly close this place down. it says on google that take away is possible, we went early at 6pm and asked if they do take away? and this woman kept shouting at us and then I used google translate and asked her if we can do take away and can we do it at 8? and she kept shouting and said to us in Spanish to choose from the display which was cold, old, and seemed like its been there for days although we said we will order later on. a friendly old gentlemen came up to us and spoke in English and explained to us and we said we will come back around 8, unfortunately we couldn't make 8 so my husband went around 9 (they close at 12:15 to be exact) and they said no take away and were again rude and wanted my husband to leave. honestly speaking, I don't get why they treated us like shxt, both time we were polite and were not being difficult. We arrived at this restaurant after seeing the reviews and we were not disappointed, we wanted to leave an even better review. They served us out of the menu this seafood fiesta for two, because we showed them pics that others had posted and they made and it was so tasty so authentic and so fresh and flavorful.
My wife was vegetarian and completely out of the menu they did a salad and a mushroom dish for her which was equally amazing and the house bread they served was the perfect carb to complement the main course. Family run business and the son of the owner kept us entertained. The deserts was also good they served a complementary authentic cake with cream as well for my son.
The restaurant is done by humble human beings who have a talent for cooking good food and being good hosts.

El Restaurante Nuevo Pasgon es, sin duda, uno de esos lugares especiales que se quedan grabados en la memoria y en el paladar. He tenido la suerte de visitarlo en varias ocasiones y, aunque siempre salgo encantada, nunca había escrito una reseña. Hoy quiero hacerlo porque realmente se lo merecen.
Desde el primer momento en que entras, notas la diferencia: no es un restaurante cualquiera, es un proyecto llevado con el corazón por un matrimonio que sabe muy bien lo que quiere ofrecer. Él, un chef con un talento excepcional, pone toda su pasión en la cocina y se nota en cada plato. Ella, con una sonrisa y un trato impecable, es el alma que da la bienvenida y convierte la experiencia en algo cercano y familiar. Juntos forman un tándem perfecto que hace que te sientas en casa, pero disfrutando de una cocina de altísimo nivel.
Lo que más me sorprende cada vez que voy es que el menú nunca es igual. El chef trabaja con producto de temporada, escogiendo siempre ingredientes frescos y de la mejor calidad. Esto significa que cada visita es una experiencia diferente, una nueva oportunidad de descubrir sabores sorprendentes y combinaciones creativas. Se nota que para él lo más importante no es solo cocinar, sino transmitir pasión y calidad en cada plato.
El servicio es impecable: cercano, amable, rápido y muy atento, algo que hoy en día se valora muchísimo. Y si hablamos de precios, realmente sorprenden para bien. En relación a la calidad del producto, la dedicación y la creatividad de los menús, es difícil encontrar algo parecido en Zaragoza. Aquí pagas por calidad auténtica, por una experiencia gastronómica de verdad, y cada euro invertido merece la pena.
He comido en muchos lugares, dentro y fuera de Zaragoza, pero el Restaurante Nuevo Pasgon tiene un encanto especial. Es de esos sitios que invitan a volver, una y otra vez, porque siempre hay algo nuevo por descubrir y porque la sensación al salir es de satisfacción plena.
Si estás en Zaragoza y buscas un restaurante con personalidad, calidad, creatividad y un servicio que te hace sentir único, este es el lugar. No exagero al decir que es una joya escondida que todo amante de la buena mesa debería conocer.
