"I recently visited Ninu Restaurant in Dambulla and had an amazing dining experience that I can’t stop talking about. I ordered the prawn rice, and it was absolutely delicious! The flavors were rich and perfectly balanced, with each bite packed full of taste. The prawns were fresh, tender, and cooked to perfection – you could tell a lot of care and skill went into preparing the dish. The portion size was generous, and it left me completely satisfied.

The atmosphere at Ninu Restaurant was also a big highlight. The place was clean, welcoming, and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy setting that made the meal even more enjoyable. Nuwan, the owner, is clearly passionate about delivering top-notch food and service. He personally made sure everything was just right, checking in with customers to ensure a positive experience. I am not happy. The thing is that the menu for foreign people is two times more expensive. The owner after when I wanted to ask for the normal price (in the time when I got the bill) which was on the wall he said that the price of the wall is for small portion and also for local people, but the prices in the menu is for tourists and also it’s better quality. Seriously? My pasta with veggies was really delicious but the rice with beef was really bad, just few pieces of meet.

I don’t recommend this place especially for tourists.

I bought a mixed fried rice here for dine in. I used to take food from here since 2014 and They are still maintaining taste of the food uniquely from a long period of time. That's fantastic. Regarding the portion of the dish, for the price I think that is not enough. They took more than 20 mins to prepare my dish. Prices are average and fair. Can be recommended for the taste...
