Noosh — Restaurant in Borås kommun

Oh dear. The dinner resembled of a preschool class, playing restaurant.

Ordering the food for all 6 guests in our entourage I clarified what was to come as starters and what were to be served as main course. That almost worked.

Vegan main course for two of the guests, had to be sent out, as it was not vegan, though clearly stated it was. The other mains did not turn up together. Arrived scattered.

Food quality? Well the cold cuts for starter were good, but warm mains were a bit tragic. Poor taste, temperature and presentation.

For desserts the table was partly cleared. Left with remnant mains and empty glasses the desserts arrived.

Looking at the venue, one realised that it could be nice. But you need chefs that can cook and wait staff that has more than just a slight touch of ambition.

Yes, yes, yes !! Why can't we give more stars? Ambient with just the right music (and level) just spot on. Service. Wow, just feeling home. The Entrecote just as I want it. Rare and being a little thin. Enough for me. It is hard to do. And it was spot in. Fries with an extra cheese topping nice. If u had a restaurant close.. I would be nervous 🤣🤣🤣 And tatara taaaaaa. The knife was sharp as well. Life can be so good. The house wine was a great deal.. living in Sweden 😉 but seems to change sometimes. Babera de Alba just a nice smooth red, everyone would like. So 150% a place I would recommend to go . Not often I found this perfect mix of all...

It was a very nice experience. The place is sparkling, the waiters were friendly, helpful and relaxed; they are always smiling and keeping track of how things are going at the table. The decoration and mood was very pleasant, elegant with a relaxed atmosphere.

We had to wait quite a lot for the food, even when it was not yet at full capacity. This could be improved.

We sat at a round table with sofa by the window, we discussed that for that size of table and for the sharing concept, it would be good to have a turning table (lazy Sussan) on the middle, so the "sharing" could be made easier...
