Domino's Pizza Johanneberg — Restaurant in Göteborgs Stad

As a Domino’s lover I was very excited to see this branch opening. I was skeptical if the standard of taste would be consistent with the global scale of Dominos I’ve had in the past and though I will say the options, Deals, toppings, etc are different - it did not disappoint! Classic Dominos hand tossed pizza cannot be beat, with a side order of delicious cheesy bread - also 2 medium pizzas for 149 kr seems like a very good deal to me considering they are a bit heartier than your typical Swedish pizza. There will definitely be leftovers to take to work with you the next day and another plus- Dominos pizza microwaves very very well! It was a nostalgic delicious experience also aided by the classic Dominos online tracker which made ordering online very straight forward and I found the delivery time to be quite timely. My only disappointment is the dipping sauces are not up to paar with the unbeatable roasted garlic or even ranch - though the pizza and bread was content enough for me to thoroughly enjoy this lovely meal. I hope more chains open or that the delivery radius widens as I was very disappointed the other day when at a friends on the east side of the city and having no dominos delivery available. I have visited Domino’s Pizza multiple times, hoping for a better experience, but I have consistently been disappointed, and now I am tired of it. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back.

On my latest visit, I ordered a pizza online and chose to add an extra amount of kebab for an additional 30kr. Despite paying extra, I only received 11 pieces of kebab on the pizza, which is unacceptable. Moreover, the pizza had more bread than toppings, making it feel very lacking in flavor and substance.

Given my repeated disappointments and the poor quality of the pizza toppings, I can no longer justify returning to Domino’s. I hope they improve their quality and value for the sake of other customers.

To make matters worse, I reached out to customer service to address my concerns, but I was met with an unsatisfactory response. This lack of accountability further reinforces my decision to no longer...

Went with family to try this place and was quite disappointed. The kitchen is full of people, never seen so many work in a pizzeria, but the throughput is astonishingly low. Took well over 30 minutes to get four pizzas.

The system with staff calling out the names of customers with ready orders doesn't really work when you have loud pumping music and speak with such low voice you'd probably hardly would have heard it if the place was empty. Wouldn't have hurt to have Swedish speaking staff, I don't mind speaking English but you should have at least a basic command of the native language.
