Obviously there is more emphasis on responding to positive reviews. On two occasions I have ordered a family menu, the first time everything arrived late and I understood because the restaurant was opening, but the second time only 20 of a 40-piece menu arrived. I immediately filed my complaint on the "Restaurant" website as appropriate and they blamed the Fodora guys, but I placed my order through Uber Eat, so far no one has taken responsibility for anything and the charge was of course withdrawn from my credit card. It's been over a month and I've decided to make this public, it's disappointing to have to come to this....

This is a problem for them, as “street food” business models thrive on repeat customers. Here’s why I’m disappointed: Food took almost 25 minutes. This is unacceptable if the concept is street food. The cooks were too busy having a laugh and singing on rush hour. The baos, although delicious, had so little filling that it was ridiculous. I don’t expect this business to last very long, as it doesn’t encourage repeat customers. Great flavours, but not worth the wait...
Read moreThey did good marketing and got quite some attention. I ordered a poke bowl to eat there, waited not too long as I was the only customer there.
Portion was a bit smaller than is normal, the rice was overboiled and lumpy, and it had way too much sauce. The sauce was practically its own layer on top of everything.
Will not return except to see if they’ve gotten better in a few months.
