I've had this one several times, it's my favorite. The combination of ingredients is a classic. Good fluffy brioche bread. Meat flavor is superb, this time it was a bit overcooked though. Cheese and garlic sauce are flavorful i can really recommend this burger, which actually tastes better and is more balanced with a single patty rather than double.

I had mashed potatoes as a side and it's good. Feels homemade with some smaller potato pieces to chew in the mashed mix. It's not the fine purée type of mashed potatoes. The french fries goes better with this burger

The reason service doesn't get 5 stars is because I've found the tables not to be clean at several occasions. Sticky sauces aren't incommon. They can and should put better attention to this.

All in all, great burgers, mashed potatoes and fries. Highly recommended!

I paid 139 kr for the burger, side and a cold beverage. They charged me 90 kr for a extra patty which is a bit too much...

Nice place with both indoor and outdoor seating, both in sun and in shade. Greeted by slightly socially awkward young staff who are nice and nothing over the top. The burger I ordered is called “the big kit” which has a burger and fries. The patty on the burger was twice as large as the bread but that’s not a problem for me because I like to eat a lot of meat, but it tasted the same as the ones you can buy in bulk frozen at the grocery store. The vegetables on the burger were fresh and nothing was wilted. Fries were fried well and crispy but had no flavor, there were salt and seasonings on the tables with some sauces though so I guess you are supposed to season those yourself to taste with the things provided on the tables, I ordered takeout just in case I didn’t finish the portion so it’s good I didn’t just walk out immediately with my fries being unseasoned. Okay burgers, but nothing out of the ordinary. Maybe my expectations were to high from hype and the great burgers they had 10+ years ago when they were named Odinsgrillen. We have tried their regular chuck burgers, their Sibylla style burgers and smash burgers. All were at best 3/5 and I would say the sibylla style (the Big Kit) was a 2/5. I'm not a fan of thick patty burgers, but the other options were even worse here. The fries were thin and decently fried, but every time we have ordered they had no flavor, not even salty enough.

Would not recommend, but okay if you really crave a burger and nothing...
