BRUK — Restaurant in Göteborgs Stad

I've only been here for lunch so I can't speak about their cocktails. However, the lunch has always been excellent - easily higher quality food and more thoughtful cooking than what you get in any other restaurant within a 2 kilometre-radius. A different menu every week, with meat, fish and veggie options all tremendously good every time. In addition, the intimate atmosphere makes for a much more relaxing experience than the often stressful, factory-like vibe you get at larger lunch restaurants.

I see some commenters complain about the relatively small portions. My experiene is that, while the portions are not enormous, I have got full every time I've eaten at Bruk (but never uncomfortably full). And I'd much rather eat a decent portion of Bruk's food than a massive portion of most other restaurants'.

I'm looking forward to dropping by and trying out their cocktails, and maybe also their tasting menu. I hope Bruk stays open for many more years as it really is something unique in Gothenburg, and deserves to...

Absolutely delicious! Exceeded expectations. If you're looking for a nice dinner experience with cocktails, fabulous small plates, and a casual atmosphere, this is it. My partner and I shared four small dishes and four cocktails. The staff are so kind, friendly, and knowledgeable, and they made great recommendations for food.
