Rakhang Thai Kitchen is your typical Swedish Thai place. Dishes have Thai names, but they have nothing or very little to do with the actual dishes, but are "Swedified" stews and stir-fries.

The ingredients are usually canned or frozen, but overall the price tag is very fair, so you get what you pay for. As an Asian, this is one of my favorite Thai restaurants in town. The food remains authentic and not overly Westernized. I specifically asked for the original taste, and they succeeded in delivering that experience. I felt like being in Thailand! The food was delicious and the staff extremly friendly and attentive. The small restaurant has a cozy atmosphere that makes you feel at home. I have rarely experienced such authentically good cuisine outside of Thailand. It's a bit out of the city centre, but it's definitely worth the way!
