I visited Sushi Eriksberg, a sushi place run by an Asian owner, and really enjoyed the meal. The nigiri sushi was delicious, paired with nicely seasoned vinegared rice. If the rice portion were just a bit smaller, the balance of flavors would be even better. The fish on top was fresh and tender — you could really taste the quality. I liked that the sushi set could be customized; I simply told the chef, and he kindly replaced the pieces I didn’t like with my favorite salmon nigiri.
