TLDR: Good food, but room for improvement with the rest of the experience.

The food is good and the concept very nice with this Tapas-style food, however it is way to expensive if you want to try it all(or most) and you often leave kind of still hungry and the desire to stop by McD to fill up with a cheeseburger. This should not be the case for a 300 - 500 kr dinner. Service is non-existing by design, you order in an app, you pick up the food yourself and you pay in the app. On this Sunday evening it was quite slow and about 1/4 of the tables was occupied. And ALL the employees treated our party really nicely! The concept of Pinchos is as innovative as that of McDonalds was back in the old days. You order and pay per app. You pick up your order at the counter and waitresses are only there to clean the tables. Unfortunatly the food is of a too low a standard. The dades and chicken skewers were fine, but some other tapas (pinchos) didn't have any flavour at all (ao. the crisp chicken and wraps). Prices are too high for the quantity and quality you get.
