We visited to lotus Thai with family for buffet yesterday. The moment we sat to eat, it felt that we have been constantly watched by the owner who is the lady in this case. She was listening to us what we are talking in the family or discussing and then interrupted us in every conversation. Our kids when took food and did not like it and left the food, she became angry and found an instance when we both the parents were picking the buffet and were not on the table with the kids, she came to kids and forced them to eat the food with an excuse that other kids do not get the food and they should eat it. This made our kids really sad. When we came back to table they explained to us. This owner then realized and became super nice. Sitting at the corner table she was watching what each customer ordered, what they are eating. Our kids also mentioned that she has been very rude to the staff who was young kids and directing them to do this or that.
If we come to food it was just minimal average food. We could still tolerate the food but this behavior towards our kids, interruption on our private is what made us mad. You go to restaurant, spend the money to find peace and not to get watched and to get uninvited advice about that kids should eat average food because other kids on earth is not getting the food.
This restaurant visit in karlskrona has made our experience bitter. We would not recommend this restaurant. We think that the authorities should evaluate how the employees are being treated and their working conditions.

A huge plus for me is the fact that my boyfriend is lethally allergic to nuts, which they were very helpful with and which was absolutely no problem whatsoever. Which is worth so much to me since his allergies are usually not taken very serious in buffés.

Vi tänkte vi skulle äta middag när vi besökte Karlskrona. Men det var katastrof dåligt på riktigt. Jag och min delägare var där med barnen. Vi driver själva Food lyx service i Stockholm ett event företag. Vi är själva köks chefer och hovmästare. Så vi vet en del om vi service och mat om man säger så. Vi hittade hår i sushi först en gång då sa jag till min delägare Rahel att det kan ju hända så det lät vi vara. Sen hittade barnen det också i deras sushi också. Då gick jag fram till ägaren och berättade vad som har hänt. Hon började försvara sig och hon blev otrevlig. Jag blev ännu mer irriterad när hon sa barnen hade lagt dit hårstrå i sushin. Vi såg själva när barnen drog bort hårstrån. Ägaren började skrika på oss stämningen blev obekväm. De satt fler personer i restaurangen. Ägaren sa barnen hade lagt dit hårstrå i sushin flera gånger och anklagade oss flera gånger. Då blev både jag och rahel riktigt irriterade. Men ägaren fortsatte skrika på oss. Vi blev helt paffa. Det bemötande vi fick var katastrof dåligt. Vårt betyg är MINUS 💯% Dom bjöd inte på maten heller fast vi inte åt något för denna händelse skedde direkt när vi skulle äta.
