Was back in Sweden with my wife and was here for a quiz evening with friends for a good night out as we love doing quizzes. We had to book a table which is find, but if we wanted a table outside we had to order food when we arrived as well. To be honest this to me is insane.

Sure you could argue that this is ok even if it's a bar AND restaurant. To me this is not OK.

When we get there it takes 15 min to get us seated. We order drinks that takes at least another 15 to 20 min to get there (beers).

As we had to we ordered food as well. Cheapest thing on the menu was 95 skr and takes 45 min to get delivered.

If you are going to force ppl to book and order food. Make sure you have the staff to run bar and kitchen in place!

Now having said that the staff was nice and w welcoming. I do not blame them at all they do not...

Good service, nice staff, good food, nice drinks (I recommend the "Passionate Smash", if you can't see it on the menu, order it anyway), a fair selection of beers. Also the pricing is moderate. Sound volume is usually good so there's never any problems with talking with your company. Non-bookable outdoor seating all-year around in a roofed glass veranda include sofas with heat radiators and blankets which allows for seating out on the square all year round. Really bad burgers, we tried the premium whisky burgers and they were really dry and mostly tasteless, and as they are very very expensive I was expecting more. Even McDonalds burgers are more juicy than this. :-/ Service was OK. Often quite quick response but they missed one order of drinks and we had to remind them in the middle of the dinner and people were thirsty because of the dry burgers.
