What can i say… Fabulous, Gorgeous, Extraordinary. I visited this place several times because it deserves more than just one visit. Been here in Karlstad just for few monts, but at least every month made a time for lunch/ dinner at this place. Always very friendly staff, always tasty food, always cozy atmosphere. Nice price for full meal (around 165SEK) with water/tee/kafee included, even with snacks: take all you want in price included. Like chilli? Ask for spicy option and see the magic. Vegetarians welcome as well. …I don’t understand some reviews here… I personally saw owner helping older visiting lady with putting on her jacket and with her bag on wheels. Best Ramen! A few friends and I went there yesterday and we all enjoyed nice Ramen at Madam Kong. You have to book a table and they are very pleased if you know beforehand what you would like to have. The personal was very friendly even after we called them several times 😅. We ordered two vegetarian Ramen and also different kind of Ramen with meat. As starters we took mixed and vegetable gyozas which had been served with a small salad as well. We all enjoyed big bowl with noodle soup! The price was totally worth it. The quality was great and you could also ask for a homemade spicy mix if you like.

I’ve been coming here every weekend for the past few years, and it’s easily one of my favorite spots. Their ramen is among the best I’ve had—both locally and internationally—and the same goes for their kimchi. To top it all off, their staff is incredibly accommodating and friendly, making every visit even more enjoyable.
