Great food. Ver cozy setting. Well worth the money you pay. We were 8 people with 3 kids without a reservation but they were quick to fix a table for us irrespective being a busy time. The 5 stars I wanted to give became 3 just because of one waitress. She was just unpleasant, pushed a spoon for a kid's dessert from one side of the table to the other without bothering to take few steps towards that child and keeping the spoon near that kid and she just left all the spoons at one place on the table for the adult desserts. She's just rude in every way and can singlehandedly bring a place down. For example, we spent 250+ per person and were contemplating having dinner there on the 2nd night we stayed in Karlstad too. The restaurant itself was nice, but the service was horrible. I think it was around 20:30 when I still had about half of my food left on my plate. The waitress came over and asked if I was done, to which I replied no. Then she asked if I would be done soon. Can I please just eat in peace? I had only received my food 10 minutes earlier. If you are looking for a good Italian restaurant, you are at the right place. The food here is genuinely delicious with rich, flavorful taste and beautifully presented. Fried Calamari as a starter just took me back to Italy. Tiramisu deserves a special mention, easily one of the best in Karlstad, perfectly creamy with right balance of coffee.
