I want to looooove this place because I love a good cafe with homemade food. But there was many little things that made it not that great. There is only one vegan protein and because I didn't like the dry cashew puck, I feel I cannot come back. Can you please have a second vegan protein that is lighter and not so dense and fat rich. Like tofu for example. The bowls are so narrow. I hated having to eat everything on top just to get to the bottom. And every time I plucked some food it would spill over the edge. Because those are soup bowls! Not salad plates. A shallow bowl would be so much nicer and you could see all the parts of the salad, and pick and choose. The lighting was too dark also. Most customers take away in disposables (with plastic covers) to eat at the river side. But even when eating inside, dressing was not available except for dressing in disposable plastics, cover on the tray was paper with plastic coating, all plants are plastic plants. So: the food is healthy for the humans eating there, but it is not particularly healthy for the environment. Unfortunately.
