Honestly, incredibly surprised to see a fancy french restaurant in middle of Sweden. Very tasteful, very considerate owner, fantastic tasting meal. Had the bouillabaisse and bourginonne, and though the latter had mushrooms (though weren't listed in the menu), they were prepared to make a French proud I'd think. I liked the bouillabaisse way more than expected, though wish there was more saffron and that the tomatoes were more pureed. The beouf was flavorful and almost melted in the mouth. We choose this place for it was the only place we found on the app that served soup in the area. Spare of the moment decision and we arrived in a rush hour and maybe not totally dressed for fine dining but that did not matter for the staff made us feel very welcome and the food was amazing.

Mat: 6 av 5, otroligt god mat som kombineras med viner så tungan hjular i munvalvet :D Mat laga från grunden med otrolig smaksäkerhet matchas med viner som otroligt goda. Det var länge sedan jag fick en sådan här "käftsmäll" så gott det är.

Atmosfär: 3.5 av 5. Restaurang är mysigt inredd. Ljudnivån bra. Här finns möjlighet till förbättring som hamoniserar mer med den fantastiska maten och de eleganta vinerna.
