VERY solid grill and legendary local classic, I think new ownership as of a couple years ago (notice how most negative reviews are 3-4 years old).

EXTREMELY reliable. Huge servings of fries , great value. standard Swedish grill food like burgers, kebabtallrik, parisare etc. nothing fancy, but hits the spot every time. Comfort food if you’re hungover for sure.

They usually have a whole list of special burgers not listed on the online menu, worth walking in for. I had the truffle burger recently and it was insanely good.

If you’re waiting for the train or in between trains this is a lifesaver. It’s fast enough but not super duper quick (because they actually make your food to order) so plan accordingly if you’re close to departure. But you’re literally like 5 meters from the train track.

For the 2-3 months per year when it’s nice outside, the outdoor seating...

One of the dirtiest food outlets that I've ever seen in Scandinavia, let alone in Sweden! It's like one of those street food outlets in a Banana Republic! The burger and the French fries were bad too.

Edited to respond to the owner, who claims that my review (giving only 1 ⭐) isn't correct and further claims that I was at another location! No, I wasn't at another place. You can see from the photos that I took and added to my review that I was indeed at Järnvägsgrillen in Luleå - your place! You should perhaps respond by saying that you will improve the situation, rather than denying and mocking my review! That shows your unprofessional approach to criticism, which actually strengthen my review of bad management...

Attracted by good reviews on google me and my friend visited this burger place on our drive through Lulea city. I ordered cheeseburger 150grams with fries. Service and timing was good, but omg guys. Does Sweden really lack a good quality beef? This piece of meat served inside that roll had consistency of a jelly, really awfull and pretty much tasteless.
