Very bad service: we waited for over 2 hours for food (it was just our table and another one waiting for food), the waiters never offered any solution and avoided our table. Everywhere they would offer some chips or whatever to show some care, but that was not the case. After 2 hours we got food, but not for the whole table, so some had to wait additional 20 minutes while watching the others eating. The vegan burger was very disappointing: literally melting and falling apart, and very spicy (the menu didn’t mention it). Even more disappointing was the fact that when it was time to pay and we asked for a discount the waiter just said “no” without a care in the world, despite the bad service...

Noone in the place yet (18.00), empty tables, but they refuse to serve food to us because that is "reserved" for later for people that booked tables. How is that a reasonable practice to run a pub. Not even fries we were able to get. Don't have a food menu if you can't serve anything outside of booked tables. Insane...
