My experience with Domino's on their Crazy Tuesday deal was certainly crazy, but in a disappointing way. I ordered my pizzas with an expected completion time of 45 minutes, but after waiting for 45 minutes, I discovered that my pizzas were not even in the oven yet. Upon arriving at the Domino's location, I saw a long line of approximately 30 people waiting for their orders, which was a clear indication of the poor service that was being provided.
To make matters worse, I ended up waiting for over an hour and a half before my pizzas were finally in the oven. The entire ordeal lasted for nearly 1 hour and 40 minutes, which was unacceptable. What was even more frustrating was the lack of communication from the staff regarding the delays. No one bothered to inform us about the reasons for the delay or provide any updates on the status of our orders.
As a result of this terrible experience, I have decided that I will never eat at Domino's again. There are much better local pizza places in Malmö that offer a more reliable and satisfying service. Read moreUpdate: Pizza finally arrived after over an hour (the delivery estimate was 22-32 minutes), just as I was about to leave to go to the Domino's location since no one there would answer the phone. The order was no longer remotely hot. The order was also incomplete.
Again, these are normal understandable annoyances - on top of the lateness.
But unforgivable is a website telling me my order had been delivered for an extended period of time when it had not AND the inability to reach any person when something was obviously amiss. The lack of customer service - not even poor service, but no service at all - needs some serious reflection. It is upsetting.
Ordered a pizza online. Web page updated to say the order had been delivered, but it had not been delivered at all. Tried to call the location, but no one is answering their phone line. It's now been an hour since our order was placed, and we have no information on what went wrong nor any way to find out what is going wrong.
I have patience that sometimes things go wrong, but not being able to even contact anyone takes elevates an annoyance to a completely...
