Cicciotto — Restaurant in Sigtuna kommun

I don’t get how this restaurant have so many good reviews (but then ofc so does half of the so called good reviews feel like bots)

I was with my family and we ordered separately and one of my parents ordered from the child menu. When we got the food a women told to my parent that there had been a misunderstanding and said pretty loud so that the entire restaurant could hear that a grown up couldn’t order from the child menu. My parent thought it was an abusive behaviour and I’m willing to agree. It was pretty unprofessional to say that when you deliver the food, and the “misunderstanding” was pretty absurd excuse since we told her separately what we wanted to have. If she wanted to say taht maybe say that after you’re done eating and not so loud or so public.

But beside from the incident so was the food weird, it was definitely burnt on the edges and the middle part of the pizza was barely baked. The pizza had one and I don’t exaggerate when I say that they had ONE basil blade in the pizza. The food was overpriced and the grown ups can’t choose to eat from the child menu. The staff nice (beside from the only women that I saw who was really cold, the same who wasn’t nice) but I wouldn’t recommend to...

Edit after return visit. Accessible toilet was broken, but no signage on door. We were waiting for 10 mins before asking staff, who coldly replied that toilet was broken. No changing table for babies, which is a rarity in Sweden and not baby friendly.

Risotto was very overpriced and bad. Was plain boiled rice, with some flavour added on top. A disgrace to real risotto. Please do not order. Brilliant Italian style pizza in Sigtuna. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the pizzas here, which were cooked...

incredible and authentic Italian food and Pizza Napoletana! I travel all the time within my work and every time I go to Stockholm I make sure to go to cicciotto in Sigtuna! Very cozy restaurant and the staff delivers the feeling of being amongst friends in a big dining room. What really stands out is the young woman who seems to be very much in charge there and she is really outstanding. Beautiful, charismatic, SUPER service minded!
