Farbror Blå — Restaurant in Sigtuna kommun

The dinner was a gift for our Swedish friends to celebrate there 50 anniversary of marriage. We are Dutch and this suppose to be a highlight of ourvisit to them. Our diner complete crashed because the bad organization of the restaurant. The staff was inexperienced so a lot went wrong. They were good willing but... We were complaining about the food. We told that against about 4 staff members but it didn't work. The interim chef finely came and after a talk with us he fully agreed with us. Never farbror bla again. I am sorry. We had a charming and delectable meal during lunch time here. Lunch was affordable at 120kr, with free-flow salad and coffee/ tea/ lingonberry water as well as some cheeses.

The lunch menu changes daily and we managed to try the meatloaf, the fish and the pork belly. Food was plated very nicely and tasted good. Portion was good as well....
