Huvudsta Pizzeria — Restaurant in Solna kommun

We ordered a double cheeseburger, chicken kebab with bread, garlic bread and two drinks for takeaway. Paid 260sek, when the order was ready we were given a bag that didn't include drinks, only upon asking about the drinks we were pointed to the fridge, we grabbed our order and left to go home, when we made it home discovered that first of all the garlic bread was missing, secondly the double burger was so burned it looked like they cleaned the grill with it. Because it was so burned and dried it was also super salty, not edible really. The kebab was okay. The staff doesn't speak almost any English and they missed also the part of order which was placed in Swedish, so I'm not sure what language they speak. I don't recommend take away or orders there, if you eat in double check if you got what...

Decent American Pan pizza. In the style of a deep dish pizza. Took mine home with me and was glad too see it fit perfectly in a cast iron pan I had at home so I could warm it up again before eating it. It looked a bit boring at first so maybe it needed that little extra time in the oven anyway. Not much color on the cheese. See picture for before and after a few minutes in the oven. But the cheeses, dough and ingredients was good. And the staff was friendly. This will probably be my goto place for pizza close to home from now on. Not the closest to me but better. Dåligt bemötande vid reklamation – rekommenderas inte längre

Jag har beställt från Huvudsta Pizzeria flera gånger tidigare utan problem. Men vid mitt senaste köp blev något fel, och jag ringde upp för att göra en reklamation – helt lugnt och sakligt, som vilken kund som helst skulle göra.

Istället för att få hjälp möttes jag av ett respektlöst och oprofessionellt bemötande. Personen i telefonen blev upprörd och sa att jag aldrig mer ska beställa från dem. Detta trots att det var första gången jag reklamerade något, efter att ha varit kund flera gånger tidigare.

Att reagera så aggressivt på en enkel reklamation säger mycket om hur lite de värderar sina kunder. Jag kommer inte att handla här igen – det finns gott om andra pizzerior som både gör bra mat och behandlar sina kunder med respekt.
