Dirty Taco — Restaurant in Stockholm

Several major issues with the tacos.

But first the good. Service was nice. They have beer and mixed drinks. It's in a great location.

The bad.

Biggest issue is the tortilla. You can't server a cold flour tortilla in a restaurant setting, it's a sin really. This kind of makes this whole thing unworthy of a visit in my opinion. Even someone serving tacos on the street would be sure to warm the tortilla.

Obviously these are not supposed to be 'authentic' or from somewhere specific other than Sweden, which is fine and I respect that approach. The flavours are Swedish so there are pickles everywhere and a whole lot of arugula for some reason. Please leave the arugula to some other application.

Korean BBQ taco. I understand that this is/was a popular taco coming from LA and social media. That said, this ain't it. Please find something else to do with that spring onion and leave it off of these tacos.

Sauce. IMO Swedes love saucy foods and here you'll find plenty sauce. However, the sauce all seems to be some kind of spiced mayo. If you're into that, you're in luck. For me it was a no go.

Fries. Ordered fries without parmesan , but there was no salt on the fries. I get that parmesan has salt, but maybe replace that with actual salt. You really can't sell fries without salt.

In conclusion. Even if the flavours are no supposed to be 'authentic' and perhaps they're unfamiliar to me. I think the issues with the execution of the food are pretty bad. I'd give this place another try, but I'll have to give them several months to get their...

First time at Dirty Taco and I was here around noon. I chose the Wednesday special without mayonnaise because who in their right culinary mind puts mayonnaise on a taco. For shame! It’s cool they are exploring new flavors but the offerings were just not executed well. I had the Sticky chicken with crushed peanuts, Dirty pig & Fishless fish. The dirty pig and fish less fish were unrecognizeable compared to the menu pictures and I wonder if they didn’t just put some stuff in a cold flour tortilla. The sticky chicken was cold an a real sugar bomb. The entire plate of food was cold frankly. I do like that they have beer/wine and mixed drinks. The music wasn’t too loud and the vibe was good. The ingredients seemed fresh. The chef needs to reimagine these dishes and the cooks need to add some heat! I will not be returning...

Good place for take-out tacos, well wrapped in boxes for safe transport. Ask the staff for advice. They're happy to counsel you on how much to order for your party as well as on the different choices. It is good to get their advice if you're not familiar with this type of fusion tacos (Latin-American / Asian) and the sides. We had great customer service.
