During the winter, you might enjoy a walk through the park if it is cold, if it is warm and slushy out you should probably keep out of the park if you're not in the mood of getting all muddy. But during the summers there is usually a lot of life and energy here, you can work on your tan, go for a swim, even play some football in the parks football field. Another reason that makes this park a frequent visiting spot for people even during the evening is that you are allowed to drink alcohol here between 07 and 00. In Sweden there's a general law that forbids alcohol consumption in public places, but a few parks in the central Stockholm area allow alcohol, sometimes with time restrictions.
