Extremely Disappointing Experience Would Not Recommend

I rarely leave bad reviews, but my experience at Pong Henriksdal was truly unacceptable. From the moment I arrived, the quality of the food was far below even the most basic expectations. The selection was poor, and none of the options felt fresh or appetizing.

The rice was clearly old and had been sitting out for too long. It was dry, hard. When I pointed this out to the staff, they replaced it immediately, which only confirmed that they were aware of the issue.

Several of the dishes looked and tasted like they had been reheated or left out for hours.

The customer service could have been better. They didn’t greet you warmly and didn’t make sure you had a great experience.

Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent meal. There are far better options in Stockholm for Asian restaurant this one is simply not worth your...

The head service person person was very rude with really bad attitude. Furthermore, we were told to pay extra 130 kr for 13 leftover sushi pieces. There was a warning in Swedish which I didn’t even notice and the staff didn’t even warn us. Instead, when we asked if we could take it away they refused and they were instead asking if we were done without though mentioning the extra charge. When we finally got to the till to pay the head service person gave us the extra charge but she refused to give us the food we were charged for as a take away. I find it unreasonable to not be able to take away the food I payed extra for especially when I was asked several times if I was done without the slightest warning of the extra cost. I came with a group of people. The stuff was not very welcoming and the menu looked so complicated that we just took the buffet. (All you can eat). When we went to the buffet we were all a bit shocked, there was not a good selection of food and a lot of similar things to eat, like fried chicken, boneless chicken, chicken legs etc. It was super boring to be honest! Usually easy cooked food like rice and noodles were unenjoyable.
