Nice selection of beers on tap and bottle, and tasty food. The fish 'n chips was a nice plate with the right amount of food, with two decent pieces of fish. Fries could perhaps have been a bit more crisp, though they'd turn soggy quickly enough anyway after pouring some of the malt vinegar over it myself. ;) Salad tasted good and kinda made me wish there was a bit more of it. ;) All in all, an affordable meal with good value for money. After a day of traveling, we were glad to find a place which was still serving food close to 22 'o clock. Bonus: the wife appreciated being able to watch the football match on any of the big screens...
Read moreWas dying for a good ‘ol fish&chips, so I thought an English pub might do it. They were okay, but I cannot stress how crucial it is to add VINEGAR on top. There’s no point otherwise. The dish completely lacked vinegar or any side vegetables. My partner’s fish burger was good too, we ended up enjoying the food although it was far from the traditional British way of serving fish & chips. Read moreDuring our latest visit to Stockholm we visited Picts at three times and each time it was a pleasure. A cosy local gastropub with good food and enthusiastic service. Price of Eriksberg 69 SEK which cheap for a Finn! Overall: A friendly bar with a great atmosphere and lots of locals using this pub for eating, drinking and chatting. Many TV screens to watch sports while enjoying your beer. There is also lots of chairs outside where you can enjoy the sun....
