VICHI — Restaurant in Västerås kommun

I have gone to Vichi multiple times now and would consider myself a regular. I have tried much of their menu and sadly have to say that the food sways a bit from time to time.

The sushi is quite good and fresh, and furthermore comes at a good price The karage was decent and also well priced. It is the ramen and other meat dishes that give different experience. The spicy miso ramen was once amazing and another time below average and the last beef ramen was a complete disaster. Enough salt for 4 more dishes, which turned my lip and tung numb.

The cashier/waitress does not really talk nor give off a nice wibe, the cook on the other is quite friendly...

VICHI is a gem in Västerås. You can enjoy high quality sushi and ramen, made with love and attention to traditional Japanese cuisine, fresh ingredients and beautiful presentations. The restaurant has a friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere and is located in the middle of Västerås.

This is a family business, not the usual sushi corporate chain, and you can feel the chef’s passion for real Japanese food at every bite. Prices are low so there is an excellent value for money.

Absolutely best sushi place in Västerås. Fish and rice quality and flavor is excellent, I simply love eating there. You can taste the freshness of their ingredients and know without a doubt that they are made just for you. I can also wholeheartedly recommend their ramen 🍜, especially for colder evenings. It's definitely a place worth visit if you ever swing by.
