The burgers were soft and juicy. The fries were crunchy but soft inside. Absolutely enjoyed the food but can’t say the same for the service. The waitresses forgot to bring drinks and fries. My friend got a burger with onions even though they had indicated more than three times that they didn't want onions. The problem was quickly resolved, but only because the waitress brought the SAME burger, just took out the onions. Waited 45 minutes+ to get a cold burger and cold fries which we’re not filling at all, as well as the ‘salsa’ in my burger being a puré when I had looked forward to proper salsa - very dissapointing and expensive considering the portion sizes, the cold, mediocre food, as well as the long wait. This is one of the better experiences I’ve had at this chain. Quick service, good food and great coffee.

The place is large and was well cleaned. Looked new even though it’s been around for a bit now.

The location is good if you’re walking. The main walking street is just outside.
