Hell's Burger — Restaurant in Varbergs kommun

Horrible place with an absolute deficit in value for the customer.. The fries were soggy (how difficult can it be to fry some potato sticks, really, how bad of a job are you allowed to do, when it's one of the only sides you offer on the menu). The dipsauces, horrendous. I chose the bearnaise dip and the sourcream dip. The bearnaise dip didn't resemble bearnaise in any way. No vinegar taste, no chervil taste, no terragon taste, no buttertaste. It resembled something like a spiced oil. The sourcream dip weren't even nearby like what you would expect and I'm pretty sure that it was just creme fraiche with a little herbmix spice. The burger was small, even with the extra patty that I ordered. The tomato and salad was cut annoyingly rough so that if I didn't cut/divide the salad leaf entirely it would drag the burger apart when I tried to take a bite with the fork. Least but not last, I wasn't able to even taste my milkshake due to the straw not working, because it simply just collapsed when I tried to drink from it. It was a very large diameter straw but of incredible thin plastic so the underpressure made by trying to suck the milshake up through it made it fold, perhaps due to them not blending the strawberries well enough and hence clogging it in the opposite end. Forget about just drinking it from the glass since it was topped with an repulsively large amount of whipped cream on top, seperating the actual millshake from anywhere my mouth could remotely access without getting a full facialmask of whipped cream. So I just watched 49.- kronors worth of milkshake deteriorate while I ate my meal. Could I have adressed the problem to the staff? Sure, I could have. But it's a god damn burger joint, where fries are supposed to be crisp and crunchy and milkshakes drinkable, especially at these (unjustifyingly inflated) prices. And considering how indifferent and unwelcoming the staff were I really couldn't be bothered and just paid and left. And lastly. The unorganized staff stroke again when a waitress yelled me up out on the street after I had left asking if I had paid for the meal. Yes I answered looking at the befuzzled waitress while she put on an annoyed facial expression and went back inside again without saying a thing. Looks nice outside and inside. A bit fancy but Burgers are good. Service however is not attentive. We had to wave and signal several times to get attention. Also be careful with the refill ketchup bottles. We emptied ours and the ketchup was bad. Compared it with a new one and the other definitely was fermented already and sour. Hells Burger i Varberg är utan tvekan en av de bästa hamburgarställen jag någonsin besökt! Från det ögonblick man kliver in genom dörren möts man av en skön atmosfär och trevlig personal som får en att känna sig riktigt välkommen.

Hamburgarna är helt fantastiska – varje tugga är en explosion av smaker. Köttet är perfekt tillagat och så saftigt, och det märks att de bara använder sig av råvaror av högsta kvalitet. Deras briochebröd är fluffigt och fräscht, och tillbehören är både kreativa och välbalanserade, vilket gör varje burgare unik.

Mina personliga favoriter är deras "Tryffel burger" som har precis rätt mängd tryffelsmak utan att övermanna de andra smakerna. Pommesen är krispiga och gyllenbruna, precis som de ska vara, och deras egna dippsåser är pricken över i:et.

Servicen är snabb och vänlig, och trots att det ofta är mycket folk har jag aldrig behövt vänta särskilt länge på min mat. Priserna är dessutom riktigt rimliga med tanke på den höga kvaliteten.
