My wife and I recently had a delightful lunch experience at Suzu Sushi in Varberg. The service was truly exceptional - the staff was incredibly kind, accommodating, and always had a smile on their faces. It was evident that they took pride in providing top-notch service to their customers.

We opted for a sushi platter with 5 different maki variations, and we were not disappointed. Each variation was expertly crafted, showcasing a beautiful blend of flavors. The only minor suggestion would be to go easy on the sauce, but that's just a matter of personal preference. The portions were generous, and the quality of the ingredients used was evident in every bite.

Despite some ongoing construction work right outside the restaurant, which slightly affected the atmosphere, the overall experience was well worth it. The presentation of the dishes was stunning, adding an extra touch to the already fantastic meal.

In conclusion, we highly recommend Suzu Sushi to anyone in Varberg looking for a memorable sushi experience. The construction noise outside may create a less welcoming ambiance, but the impeccable service, high-quality ingredients, and delicious sushi make it worth every penny. Food was delicious, high quality ingredients, generous portions, and super generous and kind host/chef. We arrived at 6pm and we're the only ones there. The host told us we'd have to wait about 40 minutes because he was the only one working and there was a backlog of online orders. We were in no rush so we just waited. We ordered three dishes and when they came out about 45 minutes later he threw in an extra appetizer of Chicken Karaage for free. There was so much food we couldn't finish even with 4 people so we took some to go. Then when I paid he didn't charge for one of the dishes to make up for the long wait which he already warned us about up front. Only complaint is that it was very warm inside until the host showed us we could pull down the window blinds. Amazing experience and would highly recommend. The 23 piece special was amazing and the Bi Bim Bap was better looking than I've had...

Extremely good Sushi with lots of unique variants, if youre a sushi enthusiast this place is a must to try out, theyre not afraid to innovate with their roll variations and the aburinigiri mix is the tastiest sushi i have eaten to this day!

The ramen is excellent aswell with lots of flavours and a good course for that company that is tired of sushi or cant stand raw fish and seafood

Dumpings however which is the gyoza are a bit too bland and boring compared to most things on the menu and id recommend staying away from those, it was a bit disapointing since im a big fan of quality dumplings
