Best coffee in Switzerland. I live in ZĂźrich and did an internship in Aarau. Now that I'm done with my education I still do volunteer work once a week here. I have been considering quitting several times, partly because of the long and costly travel way, and I would be lying if I said Ombak's coffee isn't one of the factors that keep me coming here! So that's how good the coffee is. Alsoooo I'm a sugar in my coffee kinda person, but here the coffee is just so good (rich, but not bitter) that it's the best as it is. :) I'm also a matcha drinker, but the one time I tried matcha here it tasted like algae, so I wouldn't recommend it! The cups are also satisfying to drink from (heavy stone like).

We recently visited Ombak Coffee and tried the Iced Mango Matcha and the Biscoff Matcha Latte—both were fantastic! The Iced Mango Matcha was so refreshing, with the perfect balance of fruity mango and earthy matcha flavors. The Biscoff Matcha Latte was a real treat—creamy, with just the right amount of sweetness and a delicious hint of Biscoff. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was cozy. We’ll definitely be coming back for more unique drinks like these! Highly recommended!

It is pretty uncommon to have V60 of this quality here in Switzerland. We will come back, that is shure :).

I visited this coffee shop today with my wife. We found it by coincidence, we were going to another speciality coffee shop. What a surprise ! This was first time we had excellent V60 in Switzerland. Nice, english speaking guy, prepared for us amazing fermented coffee from their roastery. It was clean, bright and rich. We were very pleased. It is pretty uncommon to have V60 of this quality here in Switzerland. We will come back, that is shure :).
