SHARE Restaurant&Bar at AVES Arosa — Restaurant in Arosa

I recently visited this restaurant for my girlfriend’s birthday, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. She was in the mood for oysters, so when we walked in, I asked if they had any available. Instead of a simple “no,” the response from the hostess was unnecessarily condescending: “Oysters don’t grow in Arosa, what do you expect” I was well aware of that fact, and a straightforward answer would have sufficed.

The dismissive tone really dampened the mood, especially on a special occasion like a birthday. I understand that certain items may not be on the menu, but there’s no need for a snarky response.

A little more professionalism and warmth in customer service would go a long way. Hopefully, this was just an off moment, but it’s hard to recommend the place based on...

I visited restaurant Share yesterday evening. I did not book bevore, restaurant was very bussy. I got comfortable place at the bar, the staff was attentive and very nice. Food was incredible, I had Burrata as a starter, it was the best Burrata i ever had. I liked the atmosphere of the place. Perfect place also for groups and celebrations. Anfänglich waren noch nicht so viele Leute im Restaurant. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die bestellten Getränke und Speisen kamen rasch. Bei der Bezahlung war das Restaurant voll. Verständlich, dass die Bedienung nicht mehr so aufmerksam war. Trotzdem konnten wir rasch bezahlen.

Die Karte ist abwechslungsreich und nicht zu gross, war wir positiv sehen. Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Portionen genau richtig. Es war alles sehr schön angerichtet und das Geschirr war passend zum allgemeinen hippen Stil.

Das Ambiente sowie die allgemeine Lautstärke waren angenehm.
