Le Bistro hat uns mit der ausgezeichneten Küche und der wunderbaren Weinauswahl wirklich überzeugt. Als Appetizer gab es eine Mousse mit Curry und Ei, Kräuterbutter und eingelegte Sardinen - schon dieser Anfang war überraschend und sehr gut. Die Vorspeise Entenleber mit Wachtelei, eingelegten Pflaumen und Linsen war schlicht genial, ebenso der Wolfsbarsch und das super-zarte Angus-Filet Stroganoff mit einer leichten Schärfe. Die Creme Catalan „Bistro“ war ebenfalls aussergewöhnlich. Die Qualität der Weine passt zum Essen: wo gibt es zB. einen Von Winning Sauvignon Blanc im Offenausschank. Die Preise sind hoch, aber die Qualität auch!

Der Service äusserst nett, aufmerksam und mit dem Portiönchen Witz, den es braucht. Das Ambiente könnte moderner/frischer sein, wirk aber im Gesamteindruck stimmig. Sehr gerne wieder.

The food was unbelievable and the service even more. Waiters were capable of immediately understanding our tastes and guiding us through the menu. They even offer to bake new bread for us (we were at second course and they finished it). Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Abend im Le Bistro! Als Vorspeisen haben wir Austern, Zwiebelsuppe, Bistrosalat sowie Nüsslisalat probiert – alles war absolut köstlich und perfekt zubereitet. Besonders die Austern waren ein Highlight!

Zum Hauptgang hatten wir das Kalb mit Morcheln und Spargel sowie das Lamm mit mediterraner Kruste. Beides war schlichtweg hervorragend – butterweiches Fleisch, perfekt gegart, und die Beilagen waren geschmacklich hervorragend abgestimmt. Man schmeckte die Liebe zum Detail bei jedem Bissen. Einfach 5 Sterne für das Essen!

Auch der Service war herausragend: Sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, uns wurden alle Gerichte ausführlich erklärt. Wir fühlten uns rundum gut betreut.

Ein weiteres Highlight war die riesengroße Auswahl an hervorragenden Weinen, die auch im Offenausschank verfügbar sind. Perfekt, um das kulinarische Erlebnis abzurunden!

Very friendly place. great service. The food was so salty I could not finish it. I was very much looking forward to the Curry lentils with mango, the flavour component was lovely if it was not for the very excessive salt hitting the pallet with every bite.Very little mango on the dish as well....
